ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION FOR PASTOR
The Mutual Ministry Committee is inviting the congregation to participate in Pastor Siebert’s annual performance evaluation. If you are interested in sharing your thoughts regarding the pastor’s performance as our spiritual leader, please complete an evaluation on or before October 15, 2023.
We are very pleased to share that the evaluation is again available on-line this year. You can find the on-line evaluation at: https://forms.gle/p2jGWqBT7SX2XWNL9.
The paper version can be downloaded and printed by clicking here, and will also be available at church (on the table during worship), or contact the church office to email or postal mail you a copy. Please return paper evaluations in an envelope marked “CONFIDENTIAL – Evaluation” and place them in the Mutual Ministry Committee’s mailbox no later than October 15, 2023. Thank you!
